8 Cautionary Signs You’re Dealing With a Destructive, Evil Person.

evil person

We can define evil, but it is hard to pin down. Evil is something that we hear about from the start of our lives, in forms of villains, the evil queen and many more depicted in fairy tales. An evil person is someone that engages in malevolent behaviors.

In today’s society, it is hard to deny the existence of evil, as our social media profiles and television screens are overwhelmed each day by a sea of bad news – violence, horror, death and dying – it can, sometimes, become difficult to hold onto the existence of happiness, hope and good.

What is generally comforting to believe that people are inherently good with infrequent minor lapses in character and willpower is that there are those that just prove this philosophy wrong. Some argue that they are immoral, sick, depraved, or wicked, but those words can be hard to define. Immorality to one is normalcy to another.

When you meet an evil person, no amount of questioning definitions is going to change your mind. The reality is that you will know it when you see it. Evil people come from all sorts of places, usually ones that you wouldn’t expect.

So, have you ever met people that were completely inconsiderate to those that are around them? There is only one answer, and you can be sure that whatever good is left in them, they are going to use it against you.

Current research theorizes that there is a biological explanation for why a lot of people become evil. According to the discoveries of experts, it has been found that 95% of the population studied experiences a release of the ‘love hormone’ oxytocin when they receive a positive social signal like being touched, watching an emotional movie, or discovering someone that you trust. The other 5% do not have this reaction which means that they do not receive support to continue acting in a ‘good’ way.

Here, we will present you eight warning signs which will tell you if a person is truly evil. Spot these characteristics in someone, and you will be sure that whatever good is left in them, they are going to use it against you.

1. Evil people enjoy the misfortune of others.

Those that have experienced bad situations or great hurt may find a distraction in witnessing the pain, as well as the hurt of others. This may include watching great disaster on television like tornadoes or mass shootings, witnessing smaller tragedies at home which include car accidents or house fires, or even creating bad situations for those around them.

The malevolent ways of evil people usually leave them so twisted and turned around on the inside that they just feel good when they see misfortunate. They seem to delight in misfortune, to relish the bad feelings of others.

All the times when an evil person has been hurt falls away when some bad thing happens to others. The real threat here is that they could create bad situations for you and for other people in their life in order to be able to enjoy the misfortunate that they create.

It is very important to recognize who these people are before some terrible things happen to you and people that they love. If the happening of such horrible things is what actually makes them feel good, you cannot salvage or save them.

2. Evil people will manipulate the truth.

Being inconsiderate individuals, evil people will have no problems in spinning a story if it means getting out of trouble or gaining an easy advantage. You can never catch them owning up to their mistakes, creating some different loops in order to escape any sort of punishment.

More often than not, they are going to play the victim card in order to avoid blame, leaving you vulnerable and guilty in the process.

Evil people are not afraid to manipulate others in order to get what they want. In order to achieve their personal goals, as well as dreams and desires they may mislead you into thinking differently or heading down a different path in life.

They also know how to read minds, and they are always on their toes manipulating you before you can point them out. Evil people know what exactly to say in order to make you feel like you are dumb and do not know anything, if it were not for them, you would be a big mess without them.

3. Evil people will control everything that you do.

Evil people have one thing in common: they are controlling. But, it is not all about controlling you. They usually feel downright uncomfortable and powerless if they are not in control of every aspect of their lives.

Malevolent people are usually so cruel to the world and the other around them that they cannot commit any part of their lives to another person. As a result of this obsession, they come off as polite, concise, as well as punctual.

But, when you let them get closer to you, they just start controlling your life, making you just like them. Also, defying the wishes of an evil person does not always result in outright evil actions back to you. It probably sounds subtle. Not a slap in the face but a kick to the heart.

The goal that an evil person has is to control the way you feel on the inside, but not how you feel on the outside. Some people are just inherently bossy, most of it because they are perfectionists who prefer handling things alone.

There is a difference between perfectionist and control freaks: their complete refusal to reach a compromise.

Evil people are also so inconsiderate that all that they want is complete control over any situation, in that way making sure that every little part of a social event or any activity can be used to their advantage. Such people are inherently toxic and cumbersome to deal with.

4. Evil people will deny reality, twisting the facts.

There will be a time when the reality and beliefs of an evil person will not line up with the cold, as well as hard fact of the situation. It is at this time that an evil person is going to reveal itself as rather than accepting the truth, they will twist the facts to recreate reality and truth.

It is not a secret that these people are prone to lying and scheming, especially as they know that they can get away with it. Such individuals tend to readily assume superiority over everyone that they interact with, therefore undermining the abilities of other people to tell if they are telling the truth.

Once caught, they are going to do everything that they can in order to get out of a hairy situation. They will also drag other people’s names if they have to and fabricate scenarios in order to justify wrongdoing.

5. Evil people deliberately provoke and mislead people.

It is one thing to successfully lie and be smug about it, but manipulating the feelings of other people is a completely different kind of sinister.

The problem actually is that these provocations and white lies are done so subtly so that you will not even recognize them.

When you ask how your professor or boss took your absence, the person is going to blow things out of proportion as they want to worry you. So, you end up feeling guilty and anxious, although there is a reason not to be.

For achieving their personal goals, as well as dreams and desires, evil people may mislead you into thinking differently or heading down a different path in your life. What gives them most of their power is controlling reality. In doing that they can make it conform their petty wants and desires.

This is why they have a saying: they mislead you into thinking one way or another about them, as well as about the people in your life already and about yourself too. Such misleading can come in a lot of different forms such as misquoting, lying, or stretching the truth and twisting the facts.

The final result is a world of their creation, as well as a world which you have trouble to understand and believe in. This is one of the ways of spotting an evil person, especially a sly one: looking for ways they mislead others. If you see it, you should go to the other direction right away.

6. Evil people avoid responsibilities.

Evil people are very cautious and sharp minded. The second when they feel like some fingers are going to get pointed at them, they twist that finger away.

They would never take responsibilities for any kind of mental, as well as physical or emotional trauma that has given to anyone stating that it was their fault and they had nothing to do with it.

An evil person has no sort of moral compass. They will do as they please and they will never feel responsible for the pain they have caused to other people. If they feel any sort of blame coming their way, they will start redirecting it immediately.

Good people are driven by their wish of doing good things, with their actions being defined and guided by an internal moral compass. The belief, as well as understanding of right versus wrong, are missing in those that are evil, giving them no true guidance on how to be good.

7. Evil people are fake friends.

Being a supportive friend is actually a two-way street, always being there actively for one another even when it may be challenging.

However, evil people will only ever reach out to contact you when there is something in it for them to gain. These are the people who are always ‘too busy’ for you until they need something from you.

If they are there for you in some bad situation, it is probably because they just have some personal gain such as gaining your trust. But, as soon as things turn for the worst, they will be gone.

Evil people will leave your hand if they think that they are going to drown while rescuing you and if situation asks for it, they would be the one to drown you for their gain.

When an evil person comes to your assistance, be sure that they are doing it for a certain purpose.

8. Evil people constantly undermine people around them.

One unique characteristic of evil people is extreme confidence. They tend to fall back on stereotypes when they interact with people, as well a treat them accordingly.

Evil people also have no respect for individual identities and treat every person they encounter as another anecdote.

As a result of that, you will notice that they constantly battle those around them, consciously or subconsciously as a result of reflection of their inherently high self-esteem.

Individually, such characteristics might look like just any other human flaw. But, when most of them are presented by a person, you can see that individuals like that have no ability to reflect on their actions. They will push forward with force, no matter who they may push down along the way.
